I do not photograph any weddings or couples anymore. This website shows some of my old work as a wedding photographer.

PHILOSOPHY

My approach to wedding photography is a blend of photojournalism and fine art portraiture. I prefer to accompany weddings from the getting ready to the party at night.

My goal is to give you a unique story about your special day. I accompany you without being too much present, like a friendly spirit. And if it's necessary, I will support you with my many years of experience and guide you for some epic shots. You should be yourself and shouldn’t think about the camera.

I'm after the images which honestly capture you as individuals. That’s where the magic happens. Without cheese and stiff posing. But with real moments and attention to detail.

FAQ.

How much do you charge for a whole wedding day?

Transparency and trust are very important for me. So there will be no bad surprises. My collections are pretty straight forward. Wedding coverage starts at 8 hours and additional hours, photobooth, wedding video, second photographer, engagement photos can be booked as an add-on.

Do you work with a second photographer?

Nowadays I shoot almost all weddings alone. Most weddings can be captured beautifully alone. The big advantage is to attract much less attention which goes well with my style of photography.

If you plan to have a big wedding (120+ people) I recommend to book my wife as second photographer. She has worked from 2012-2016 on all weddings with me, so we know each other in and out.

Where can we meet you?

Most people have their questions answered over a Skype video call or email. Due to a high volume of enquiries and as I travel a lot, I am not always physically available for a face-to-face meeting, but not to worry; we can talk until we can meet.

Can you create a wedding video?

To be able to provide you with an amazing wedding video, I work with a couple of video specialists to give you the best possible quality for your budget.

Do you travel for weddings?

I cover weddings mostly around Austria, Germany and Switzerland and within Europe. Nevertheless it was a highlight to photograph a wedding in California (Napa Valley).

How and when do we receive our photos?

You will receive between 400-600 beautifully edited, high resolution images via an online gallery which are then available for download and printing at no further costs. Post production typically takes 5 weeks.
